Topic: Seriously, Caroline?
Serving for the match with an opponent spraying shots all over the place and you find a way to lose? Brutal.

Come on, Wozniacki is HARDLY as bad as Safina was.

She won't be another Safina because she isn't that unstable, but also because a stable Safina wiped the floor with most of the tour, sporatic as that was - Woznacki cannot do that... she can beat most of the tour, but cannot destroy them and I don't think can make or win GS finals because against a big-hitting oppenent who doesn't miss she has no answers. Woz didn't lose the match against Li, Li just found her range and stopped spraying shots. From then on the result was set in stone.

Li did not win the match anyway you look at it. She still made a bunch of errors late in the second and through the third. Caroline played way too safe and was on the run way too much. Too many no pace, short balls that Li teed up on, and when they landed inside the court, Caroline had no answer. She needed better shot placement corner-to-corner, and she just didn't have it. That's really her downside. She has no big weapons. If she isn't hitting her spots with great precision, she can be exposed quite easily.
