Topic: FAQ: What to do if I do not receive my activation email?
After you create an account we will send you a confirmation email. You will need to click on the activation link in this email to activate your account. We suggest that you add info@grandslamfantasytennis.com as an approved email address.
If you do not receive your activation email, please first check your spam folders. If it is not there, we suggest you create an account with another email address. Some servers have aggressive spam filters that will make it difficult for our emails to get through, so using another email address might quickly and easily solve the problem.
If you still have a problem, please send an email to accounts@grandslamfantasytennis.com from the email address in question and we will manually activate your account for you.
