An interesting draw! It pulls Nadal and Hewitt together if they survive to the semi finals doesn't it? That will get Aussie blood pumping!
I do feel sorry for lower ranked players who come against anyone in the top 4 in the first round. Must be great to get the chance to play in the Australian open but still, daunting!

One interesting question is what happened to all of the top Australian players? There isn't an Australian in the top 50. I remember when Australia had a very strong group of players.

Ask Tennis Australia - apparently they've got a plan. Look out for the new crop to be coming thru...in about 2013.
