Topic: bonus points not being reflected on mens team for 4th round entry

I need help!  The bonus points for unseeded (16) and 17 - 32 seeds (8) are not being reflected on my men's team.  On my women's team they are reflected correctly i.e. Henin is @ +64 for getting into the 4th round as an unseeded player (+16 extra) but Isner is only at +48.  At the very least he should have earned +8 more for being a 17 - 32 seed getting into the 4th - originally he was my unseeded player so technically he should be at +16 more like Henin - we were not able to edit our teams with the last minute draw change.  Please advise what's going on with bonus point accumulation on the men's side???? and how Isner is being handled?

The site is great and lots of fun tracking matches and competing w/friends who are also online. - Thanks - Leigh

Re: bonus points not being reflected on mens team for 4th round entry

Hi Leigh,

We have a small issue with Isner because he was made the 33rd seed and this is the first time we have had a 33rd seed in a slam so there will be some small issues like this. You are totally correct that you should get bonus points for the fact that he got this far, and we will fix this issue within a day or so and the bonus points applied to your score. Isner will be treated as a seeded player, so you will get +8 points for this. I apologize for the fact that this change in the draw was entered late. As a result we have changed our data entry process so that we will have draw changes entered much sooner in future tournaments. Please do let us know if you notice any other issues - it's very helpful to find out about them as fast as possible so that we can quickly fix them.

Thank you for the kind words about the site - I am very happy that you like it.

Thanks,
Charles
