Those other matches still have an "edit" button for me - can you see an edit button next to those matches?

Excellent, thanks Dragan. Please let me know if you notice any other issues.

Hi Dragan,

Are you able to still edit the Kvitova match now? This is locked in my account and in two of my friends accounts in different time zones.

Thanks,
Charles

That's very strange - I will look in to that now.

Hi Charles,

So sorry about this. We have not heard of any other issues with picking teams, but I would be happy to help. Please send me a screen shot of your home page with the picks listed and I will get that fixed for you.

Thanks,
Charles

That's very strange. Mine had the correct count down to the start time (7pm Eastern Time in the USA), so perhaps we have a bug with time zones. Can you please let me know if you notice any other strange time issues, such as the start time of matches?

Hi Dragan - the matches just started and teams are locked.

Hi Don and Dragan,

You can now edit your league and disable the autopick feature. Let me know if you encounter any issues with this new feature and I will get it fixed asap.

Thanks!

You should actually be able to log in with that email address and your password, and then go to Account Options above and edit your email address. You only need access to that account to activate it when you first create an account - you can still log in to GSFT and change your email address even if you cannot access that account.

No problem, I can take care of that for you. I'll let you know when it is solved.

Hi Dragan,

Ace Authentic was supposed to provide prizes for the last three slams, but as far as I know they have not sent the prizes and have ignored my emails and voicemails regarding the prizes. I assume this means that they have decided to stop working with GSFT, although they could have informed me in a more professional manner.

Hold off on registering with money brokers for now - there will be plenty of time to do that after you get 1st place.

Thanks,
Charles

Thanks! I will take care of it.

Hi Bing. We had a problem where some teams did not have their picks automatically selected for them so they got zero points for many matches. We fixed this and so some teams will get back points that they earned but were not given to them before.

Hi backhandpass - all fixed. You are now 3rd in the Yoda cup - not bad at all!

I would suggest you clear your cache in both browsers. The image is probably saved locally so you need to clear that out.

Hey backhandpass, sorry for the delay in responding. In the future please create a new help topic if you have a problem. Posting in the "Welcome to GSFT!" topic is not a good way to get your issue noticed.

This is a strange issue and seems isolated to your account. We are looking in to it though and we will get it solved. Very sorry about this.

Hi Dragan,

It is already supported. The instructions say: "To upload a photo or avatar, please click on the Browse button and locate the JPEG, PNG or GIF image on your computer. The maximum file size you can upload is 80KB." A "JPEG" is the same thing as a "JPG".

Thanks,
Charles

There are different standings. Your men's team has 144 points, and your women's team has 112 points, and we have two different ranking lists for these. You can combine these together in a league, but we keep them separate for the main standings.

Today anyone who had Soderling on their team received an email saying that he has withdrawn from the tournament and asking them to log in and select a replacement player. This is the first time for us that a player has withdrawn after the tournament has started (on day 3!), and so our system automatically sent our standard email. Unfortunately we cannot actually allow people to select a player after the tournament has started because this would give an unfair advantage. But there is a benefit to those who had him: if Soderling had played sick he would have surely lost his 1st round match and this would cost you 16 points (-16 points for a 1st round loss), but instead he is simply removed from your team and you get zero points for him. This is much better than what happened to those of us with Li Na on our teams - she tanked in the 1st round and we all lost 16 points.

I understand that this was confusing to many of you and I apologize. I hope you enjoy the rest of the tournament.

Thanks,
Charles

You should see "(Remove)" next to the name of each team in your league. Clicking this will remove them.
