Logged on today and my team has gone missing! Also there appears to be some problems with the site itself as there are lots of warning messages all across the screen.

Three of my friends teams also get deleted for some reason :-( Is there anyway to get them back in it? These are the 3 that got deleted. Please help if possible!!!

I just checked the database and I see that your teams are there and that you did select 8 players for each team. Please rest assured that your team is there in the database and we will have this solved very quickly. So sorry about this. I have made this a top priority to fix asap.

Hi Knicksin,
I did some checking on the teams you mentioned, and they are all in the database and the data is safe and sound. So the teams are not actually being deleted, but we have a bug that is hiding some teams for some reason. We will try to fix this quickly, and I will let everyone know when it is fixed.

We are still working on this issue and should have it solved within a day or two at the most. I will not have internet access until tomorrow afternoon, but I will give a more complete update then. Thanks for being so understanding about this.

Hi Charles, yes, I did select a minimum number of players; in fact, a full team (8 players) with finalists and a winner. Per Knicksin, is my team also hidden? Thanks for looking into this.

My team has gone too, i can only think it has something to do with John Isner, he was seeded 33 when i picked my team but would have been promoted in the draw because of the withdrawal of Gilles Simon.
We shouldn't be penalised for something that is out of our control, e.g player withdrawals.
Hopefully this can be rectified soon

It took a bit of work, but we finally figured out the cause of the problem. Our system is based on the fact that each grand slam has 32 seeded players. But, after Gilles Simon dropped out John Isner was made the 33rd seed
(good call Tono100 - wish I saw your post before now!). We entered this into our system and anyone who had Isner on their team experienced this problem. We fixed the immediate problem, but please let me know if you experience any other issues.
