Topic: I don't think Federer or Nadal will win this one - but who will?

Nadal has a bad knee, and Federer has lost quite a lot over the last few weeks. I would be shocked if either of these players even gets to the final. But, the question is who will get there? Any ideas?

I don't know, Federer was looking pretty strong against Wawrinka with a 6-1, 6-3 win in just 57 minutes.

I agree that Murray is the one. I feel like this is his year.

As a huge Federer fan I would love to disagree with you, but two losses to Murray in the last few weeks makes me less confident in his ability to win. I think he will make it to the QF round, but I'm not sure he will get to the finals. Anyway, at least tennis is getting unpredictable again - I forgot how fun that can be.

Hm, I still think Nadal or Federer.
I don't think Murray. And if he does, I doubt he will become a trend. Maybe Djokovic could take the title again? But he has had a bit of a rocky season as of late, so who knows.
It'll be easier to tell when it all starts, I suppose

Murray seems to fizzle out at the end of long tournaments. He's a great player, but does he have the stamina to win the whole thing?

How about Tsonga, or maybe James Blake? I am a huge Blake fan, and I will root for him all the way.

I love Blake but I don't see him making it past the QF. I still think that Murray is having some good success with Federer these days and that could really set the stage for what happens in Australia.

I still think its a race between Nadal, Federer and Djokovic. Djokovic has been more impressive than I thought and Federer did well against Safin. I'm still very unconvinced about Murray being able to pull off a Grand Slam. But still, we'll see.

So now the big decision is Nadal or Federer. Nadal had a long and tough 5 setter to get to the finals, while Federer is well rested after a short match against Roddick. Nadal had been playing better than Federer the since the French Open, but Federer looks great now. I think I will go for Federer, but I think it will be a good close match.

I'm going with Federer. I think it's a toss up too but he has been playing great tennis.

Soderling has a very good chance i believe, ever since his showing at the french and the season ending tournament, i reckon he might just pull it off
