Hopefully! Got my fingers crossed for it. I want to see Davydenko do well this year, he deserves it after his win at the ATP World Tour Finals. And of course Del Potro!....but I've made that quite obvious.

I wonder if they will get the ridiculous scheduling and corporate nonsense sorted out for this year for the US Open. I couldn't believe the farce that was the handling of Juan Martin del Potro's victory speech.

It was a fantastic US Open. I doubt there was anyone who predicted those two final match ups!

Yes the whole year was certainly memorable. I remember after 2008 everyone going on about it being the best Wimbledon, the best year because of the rivalry between Federer and Nadal having reached some heady heights. And yet 2009 rarely had anything to do with the Nadal/Fed rivalry. Just shows how things can change!

this years u.s. open was probably one of the most shocking of all of the past ones. melanie oudin on her cinderella winning streak, serena getting pretty much dejected from her match, and juan martin del potro winning against one of the best ever, roger federer. also, kim clijsters winning and caroline wozniacki coming within inches of winning. my personel favorite was when john mcenroe finally came out and took novak djokavic's taunts to the point where they played a few hilarious points. this u.s. open was very memorable
